StarCraft 2 Beta Key Giveaway at Blizzcon 2007?
The official Blizzcon 2007 site has a new page up that details some of the Goodies for Blizzcon attendees.
"All BlizzCon attendees will receive their share of free Blizzard swag, to be announced in a future update. We'll also be providing a beta key for an upcoming Blizzard game."
Could this "upcoming Blizzard game" be StarCraft II? Well, we can hope.

No StarCraft II this year
MSNBC has the details in an interview with Blizzard VP Rob Pardo: Can Blizzard top itself with 'StarCraft II?'.
"I think all game developers are extremely optimistic, and we used to give optimistic dates and we’d disappoint our fans when we didn’t hit them. So now, I think we’ve just gotten more gun shy. The only thing I can give you [that’s] concrete is it’s not going to be this year. Some people were hoping, because of how advanced the game looks, that we’d have it out by Christmas, but that’s definitely not happening."

Blizzard Entertainment announces highly anticipated sequel at 2007 Worldwide Invitational event in South Korea
